We were able to get to the majority of our customers yesterday for all commodities. If you subscribe to premium/house service and are on our regular Tuesday route, we did not send any drivers onto people’s driveway or property with chains on. We attempted to send a truck back around with no chains once the snow had melted enough to get around safely, but unfortunately there were still many private drives that were not safely accessible. If that is the service you subscribe to and your garbage was not collected yesterday, we are prepared to collect extra equal to your cart/container size on the next service day at no charge. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
