As your household’s needs change, count on D&O to scale up and down with you. Switch to a bigger or smaller trash cart whenever you need.
Make your request at least one business day before your regular pickup day. Please note, we will always reply with an email to confirm the date and any charges that may occur as a result of the change before anything is scheduled.
Then just place your old cart at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your usual trash day and we’ll switch it out for your new size.
Note: Your new bin might be dropped off by a different driver, before or after your old bin is emptied. So hang tight — we’ll complete the switch before the day is done.
The fee for exchanging your cart will be reflected on your next billing statement. You are welcome to bring your old cart to our office for exchange at a reduced fee; simply indicate in the form below if you’d prefer that option.
